The management directory is appended below:

A. Md. Lutful Huda, Chairman.

Md. Lutful Huda

(1) Md Lutful Huda has approximately twenty three years of service in Bangladesh Army; retired as a Major. 

(2) He is a Masters in Defence Studies from National University, BD. He is also a graduate of Defence Services Command and Staff College, Dhaka. 

(3) He was a United Nations Peacekeeper in Sierra Leone. He also served in Sudan as Military Advisor to Chief of Staff, Force Headquarters (HQ), UNMIS. He has received Force Commander’s Commendation, UNMIS in recognition of his valuable service. 

(4) He was an active member to improve the diplomatic relations with different countries. He has also developed and maintained country based intelligence and network. 

(5) He worked in DGFI HQ where he used to look after all the forces in BD. He also worked as Chief Security Officer to provide security of BGB HQ, Dhaka during the prosecution of BGB carnage. 

(6) He believes in a principle that to be truely successful - Integrity, Solidarity and the bond of Mutual Respect must reach from the ground floor to the very top. 

B. Tareq Mahmood , Managing Director (MD).

Tarek Mahmood

(1) Mr. Tareq Mahmood did his Bachelors from Dhaka University. He has served in Bangladesh - Denmark Joint Venture “Dhaka Icecream Industries Limited - Polar Icecream” for approximately 6 years as Chemical Consultant. He has also served with “Quality Icecream” Branded Company. He has a special attraction to Green as well as Blue Economy.

(2) He had a vision is to make a difference in various business sector. A self - styled, tell-it-like-it-is, and enterprise activist who possess all possible qualities and capabilities to assist all sorts of customers and clients. 

(3) He reiterates on the following:

“We have always been aware of our responsibilities as a corporate citizen as we believe “Responsibility Educates”. Therefore, everything we do in all our operations and activities, are focused towards improving the image of our country and the lives of people. I would like to invite all our trusted consumers and partners in any form to stay with us for the exciting journey ahead for a beautiful Bangladesh.

The Company will be administered through HQ headed by "Chairman” assisted by Managing Director (Head of Operations) through Top & Mid Level Management posts as following:
